Karen Willis
Company Director
Karen has been a mortgage and protection adviser for nearly 20 years bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to even the most challenging mortgage need. Specialising in high net worth clients and cases that may not always fit the high street criteria. Karen prides herself on going the extra mile ensuring that no stone is left unturned to suit her clients’ needs.
Outside of work Karen loves to spend time with her family, keeping fit and relaxing with the odd glass of wine!
Leah McFadden
Client Manager
Having over 7 years of mortgage industry experience has provided a wealth of industry knowledge. Leah is dedicated to her clients making what can seem a daunting process easy and stress-free. She prides herself on always going above and beyond expectations and loves being on hand throughout the process.
Outside of work, Leah loves spending time with family and friends. She is also a long-term fosterer for Guide Dogs in training and is rarely seen without a dog!

Sebastian has been in the financial services industry for a number of years and has accumulated a vast amount of experience. His passion for property and finance led him to take the decision to concentrate and specialise his skills on mortgages and protection.
He takes great pride in sharing his knowledge and helping his clients. Holding their hand throughout the journey until getting the keys to their dream home.
When he’s not at work, Sebastian’s passions are hiking, travelling, discovering nature and exploring new cultures. He loves to light the BBQ as frequently as possible with friends and family.

Sue started her career in the mortgage and protection Industry in 1997.

When Sue is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves to cook and explore new places.

Christie has worked in a customer facing role throughout her entire career and has a true passion for helping others, focusing on everyone’s individual circumstances to achieve the best possible outcome.
When Christie isn’t at work, she loves spending time with family going for field walks with their Yorkshire terrier Freya.
