Karen Willis
Company Director
Karen founded Charlie Victor Mortgages in 2021 and is the sole director of the company, which she runs alongside juggling a busy home life with 5 children. Karen qualified as a mortgage and protection adviser over 20 years ago. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to even the most challenging circumstances, specialising in cases that might be more complex and not always fit with the standard high street criteria. Karen prides herself on always going the extra mile and ensuring that no stone is left unturned to provide a solution that will meet her client’s needs. Clients are always appreciative of Karen’s level of dedication and often comment on her ability to go above and beyond what is expected.
Outside work, Karen is active in her community, sponsoring a local football team within Wellesbourne Wanderers. She likes to unwind with a glass of wine or an evening stroll with her cockapoo Bonnie.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Sebastian has been in the financial services industry for a number of years and has accumulated a vast amount of experience. His passion for property and finance led him to take the decision to concentrate and specialise his skills on mortgages and protection.
Sebastian is fluent in both English and Romanian and takes great pride in sharing his knowledge and helping his clients. Holding their hand throughout the journey until getting the keys to their dream home.
When he’s not at work, Sebastian’s passions are hiking, travelling, discovering nature, and exploring new cultures. He loves to light the BBQ as frequently as possible with friends and family.
